- Steffani is just your typical mompreneur. Accomplished, energetic, workaholic. Often working up a storm at the offices of SeniorHousingJobs.com. Or — just as often — working from her old New Hampshire farmhouse, son on one knee, laptop on the other. Phone in the left hand, gardening trowel in the right. Maybe stopping to run an errand or two during the day with her two black labs in tow. The usual. Well, maybe someday it will be usual. For now, Steffani is something of a pioneer in the world of Senior Living employment, successfully integrating three full-time careers — as a recruiter, founder of SeniorHousingJobs.com, and as a mother. In 1995 Steffani began recuiting in Long Term Care. In 2000 she started Windsor Executive Search, a boutique search firm dedicated to Senior Living. In 2003 Steffani founded SeniorHousingJobs.com, the premier job board for Senior Housing, LTC and Assisted Living. Steffani is also the President of the Mt. Washington Valley Young Professionals. Of course, she takes time for more important things, like her two kids, her husband, her dogs, gardening, cooking and lots of home improvements.
